Telephone Recording

Pursuant to Directive 2014/65/EU as implemented by the FCA rules, BH-DG hereby notifies clients and prospective clients that

• telephone and electronic communications and conversations between BH-DG and clients that result or may result in activities in financial instruments (as more particularly provided under the FCA Rules) will be recorded;

• other communications and conversations with BH-DG and/or its affiliates may also be recorded; and

• a copy of the recordings and communications referred to in (A) above which relate to a client will be available to such client on request for a period of 5 years, or up to 7 years where requested by the FCA.
